Dimensions

Frame  

– steel container supporting structure in the EXC2 class according to PN EN 1090-1, made of cold-bended profiles, joined by welding according to PN EN ISO 3834-2. The product has CE marking.

– steel frame abrasive blast cleaned to Sa 2.5 according to PN EN ISO 8501-1 in a closed blasting chamber, spray-painted in a spray booth and dried in a cabin-dryer.

– transport handles (according to ISO standards) located in the corners,

– the possibility of stacking up to three floors

Roof

– layered roof:

* 0.55mm galvanized steel sheet,

* 10mm chipboard,

* mineral wool 50mm thick, U = 0.75 W / m2K

* vapor barrier made of polyethylene film,

* sandwich panel with expanded polystyrene 50mm thick RAL 9010, U = 0.75 W / m2K

– rainwater drainage by means of gutters in the container frame with downpipes in corner posts

– roof load capacity 100kg/m2.

Walls

Outer:

– sandwich panel with a styrofoam 75mm, from outside, RAL 7035 trapezoidal from internal smooth RAL 9010, U = 0.51 W/m2K

Inner:

– sandwich panel with styrofoam 50mm RAL 9010, U = 0.75 W/m2K

Floor

– layered floor:

* floor finish: 2mm PVC lining, gray – with welded joints and formed on the wall

* cement-bonded particle board 22mm,

* polyethylene film,

* 100mm mineral wool insulation, U = 0.36 W/m2K

* 0.5mm galvanized corrugated sheet with low profile rib height

Outer:

– steel single-door, white, dimensions: 900mmx2000mm (according to the drawing) thermally insulated, equipped with a lock, lock cylinder+3 keys, signboards, door handles

Inner:

– single bathroom panel door, white, dimensions according to the drawing, equipped with a bathroom lock, WC signboard, door handles, air vent holes

Window
– PVC swing, white (according to the drawing)

– matt insulated glass units with U = 1,1 W/m2xK

Electrical system

– surface-mounted electrical installation (in cable trays)

– 12MOD distribution board (switchgear)

– power system: 230V sockets (according to the drawing)

– lighting system: fluorescent luminaires, IP65 protection class, with 2x16W LED lamps (according to the drawing) or IP44 plafond with a 12W LED bulb

– external connection of the installation based on a 5x32A socket and power plug.

– earthing of the container frame by means of wire fastened with an M10 screw

Sanitary installations

– water system: surface mounted made of PP pipes, fittings and welded pipes, adjusted to the pressure of 0.45 MPa.

– surface sewerage system made of PVC pipes. Leading installation in the floor or in the wall (optional).
