The design takes into account the client’s preferences, including the layout of the rooms, furnishings, colours, etc.
To make it easier for you to choose, we offer several house sizes, two finishing standards and a template of the most fashionable materials.
Standard of finish
We offer comfort homes – fully equipped and ready to move in – as well as exclusive homes – with further amenities and extras of sophisticated design.
The size, layout, finish and furnishings of the house are each time designed by an architect and
configured according to the client’s guidelines. The client can choose to forgo some of the offered products or supplement the design with additional elements, either from the exclusive package or from outside the template.

- construction and insulation: all steel construction, 2 axes, all-round polyurethane foam insulation in walls, floor and ceiling (proprietary combination of open-cell and closed-cell foam)
- roof: single pitch; matt metal tile

- windows: triple-glazed windows manufactured in accordance with EN 14351-1.. Included:

- floor: galvanized sheet metal; PVC lining in the bathroom, panels in the other rooms
- electrical installation: sockets and switches(20), aerial socket,
distribution box, outdoor socket, socket under the house for heating cable - plumbing: in the bathroom and in the kitchen
- mechanical ventilation: in the bathroom and sanitary venting
- electric heating: underfloor heating foils and mats from the manufacturer TERMOFOL, WI-FI controller in each room
rooms: 1 to 4 bedrooms depending on the size of the house, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, hallway - lighting: internal LED points in the rooms

We use Kerrafront panel on the facades. Shades from the Classic line (9 colors) are available at the price of the house – examples in the photos
