1) Orders, deposits, and payment stages

Most KC Modular Buildings products are configured to your site and specification. Therefore, we use staged payments to confirm the order and book production.

  • 55% before delivery
  • 5% within 14 days after delivery (where applicable)

2) Cancellations (made-to-order products)
