Description

MTB A is a modern model with a floor area of 33 m².

WITH ITS EXTRAORDINARY FUNCTIONALITY, IT OFFERS THE HIGHEST STANDARD

    • The total height of the building is 5.4 m, so inside the house you get the optimal height of the rooms;
    • The height on the mezzanine at the highest point is 1.6 m;
    • The height on the first floor is 2.3 m;
    • Thanks to the thoughtful development of a small area, we get space to arrange a comfortable bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom located on the mezzanine;
    • The construction of the house is based on branded Scandinavian C24 certified wood. It does not require impregnation;
    • SIP panels make up the exterior walls, partitions, mezzanine floor and roof;
    • Insulation layer: EPS 80 – 15 cm, Parameter U 0.23 It is possible to insulate the external walls with a double layer of wool. With external insulation (in the grid under the facade) we get the parameter of walls U 0.18, while the roof U 0.15.

Our time spent in the factory on the prefabrication process significantly reduces the scope of work that must be done during the conventional house-building method by more than 70% and significantly reduces the cost of building a house, by up to 65%.

Control of the work of external teams by the investor, is also easier, as each phase of construction is clearly described in the instructions.

A very important factor is: reduction in the time of work – which is associated with constant increases in the salaries of teams, less electricity consumption, less noise during the work, reduced to a minimum the amount of waste and costs associated with their removal, the practical absence of drying time of materials during construction (the work runs dry), no need to insulate the building after the walls are erected (SIP panels havę in themselves a core of EPS 15cm), reducing costs and the number of trips for missing materials (everything is delivered at once) and also reducing the amount of unnecessarily purchased material, the possibility of installation at any time of the year and practically closing the entire investment with furnishings in less than a month from the start of work.

The set composed of materials from reputable companies such as Budmat, Swiss Krono, MTB Modules, Veka, Marcopol.

All elements were cut and numbered already at the production stage.

For the time being, the order execution time is up to 40 working days from the date of signing the contract. We start the execution of the order with a deposit of 40% of the order value. Payment of the rest of the amount in the amount of 60% of the value of the order is made within 7 days before the completion of production work.

Transport

1

  • You don’t have to worry about transportation. We will comprehensively take care of the delivery of your order from our factory, all the way to your designated any location in the world.
  • If you buy more models, we calculate the required cargo space individually, taking into account one or more delivery addresses.
  • We handle the customs process, and we do not charge any fees for this.
  • Documentation matters before and during transport are organized with the help and involvement of our logistics department.
  • It doesn’t matter whether it is sea or road transport, our logistics department will take care of all procedures.
  • The cost of transportation is calculated individually for each order.
  • We include all material certificates, from transport pallets to the smallest detail of the set, in the order file.

2

  • Unloading the goods.
    This is a stage usually performed by the customer or his installation team. The unloading date is usually known a few days before, so you can prepare for it.
  • If you use third-party installation crews, we recommend unloading with their participation.
  • The first thing to do when the transport arrives is to open the container and locate the transport pallet, on which the windows are placed. On them is pinned a set of documents with instructions that will guide you through the entire process starting with: Health and Safety, unloading the goods, checking the quantity according to the order based on the attached packing list, how to store and the list of necessary tools.
  • All these steps are marked step by step. In addition, online instructions with QR codes are included.
  • Manual unloading takes about four hours if three people are involved in the unloading.

3

  • The assembly of the house begins with the arrangement of the elements on the construction site. This stage, like every previous stage and all subsequent stages, is described in great detail in the online and paper instructions, which are downloaded in full or in stages from the website.
  • You don’t have to worry about any connecting elements, such as screws or mounting foam. They are included in the basic kit, and the instructions tell us where they are until the final elements of the house are assembled.
  • The assembly time for the MTB A basic kit is about 22-30 working days. Experienced installation teams are able to complete the work even in 10-14 working days.
  • The upper limit of the assembly time depends on a number of factors, such as bad weather conditions, human factor, lack of haste and pedantry of the assemblers.
  • For a better approximation of installation costs, we will also mention the recommended number of people on site.
  • Typically, three people optimally work on the construction of the three houses. One of these people is the main assembler, who manages the entire team and performs the most important activities independently, the other two people are people with average construction knowledge.
  • The heaviest parts of the set weigh 70 kg, so there is no need to use cranes and hoists, unless local health and safety regulations stipulate otherwise (these stipulations are also listed in the manual).
