MTB T

We would like to present you our offer to purchase a new, fully equipped model MTB T, with a total area of 20
sqm.

It is our first model of this type. MTB T is a year-round house and have pull-out bedroom with an area of 5 sqm. The
great advantage of this model is the possibility of transporting two MTB T houses in one sea container 40’HC.
There is possibility to transport to any place in the world.

Offered models do not require additional options because they offer: TVs, beds, bedclothes, towels and even
toilet paper. The set also includes a hammock.

Below we present all the accessories included in the MTB T WHITE set

Electrical installation has been prepared for 203 Volts and f-type sockets. Installation includes:

• Card power supply;
• F-type sockets;
• LED reading lights for each sleeping place, 4 items, color – black matt;
• Bathroom lamp LED;
• Main lightning lamps E27 LED, color of the holders – black matt;
• Outdoor lamp LED;
• TV 32 inches LED Samsung with 180 dergees angle adjustment;
• Wirless radio “Retro”;
• Cordless kettle “Retro”.

Each item undergoes a check of the correct operation of the electrical installation during production and
comprehensive subcontracting control. Color of the light sources – neutral white. There is a chance to order a
model without electrical installation and having it made by local installers. Electrical installation are surface
mounted, which allows for trouble-free execution of a new installation in accordance with local requirements.

Hydraulic installation

• Shower faucet with rain shower, color – black, matt. Hot and cold water,
• Shower tray 100×80 – outdoor shower with rain shower, color – black, matt. Hot and cold water,
• Electric boiler 60L,
• Bathroom sink with matte black faucet. Hot and cold water,
• Kitchen sink with matte black faucet. Hot and cold water.

The main water connection and outlets for dirty water are under the house in the place of the bathroom. Each item
undergoes a check of the correct operation of the hydraulic system during production and a comprehensive
subcontracting control.

Heating and air-conditionig
The house has 2 in 1 heating and air-conditioning system. The 2.5 kW unit can be used in any climate zone. Control is
via a wall panel. The high efficiency of the device, combined with the solid insulation layer of the walls, floor and roof
EPS80 100 mm, results in significant energy savings. The operation of the device ensures quiet and maintenance-free
use. Bathroom heating works on the principle of the forced gravity, exactly the same technology, which is used in hotel
rooms. Heated or cooled air in the room flows under the bathroom door and is then led outside by means of
mechanical ventilation. Each item undergoes a control of the correct operation of the heating and air-conditioning
system during production and comprehensive subcontracted control.

Ventilation
MTB T model has built-in mechanical ventilation – duct, electric. Ventilation is activated in specific time cycles and
when you use the bathroom with the lights on. Additional ventilation can also be a small bathroom window, which is
located in the shower. Each item is subject to check of the correct operation of the ventilation system during
production and a comprehensive subcontracting control.

Bedroom
A bed that allows two adults or three children to sleep comfortably. The bed is ready to use. It has two comfortable
foam mattresses, sheets, duvets, pillowcases, pillows, a bedspread and top pillows. Each of the sleeping places has a
separate, adjustable LED reading light.
A sofa by day and a single or double bed by night. Two large drawers provide plenty of space for duvets, pillows and
bedding. A smart solution when you live in a small space. With this couch, you can quickly and easily create a place for
overnight guests. Just pull out the bed base and you will have a double bed in one second.

Bathroom
A room with an area of 1.6 sqm equipped with all the necessary devices that a real tiny house should have. It is fully
ventilated room with gravity heating. Hot or cold air coming from the room flows to the bathroom by time-controlled
and manual electric ventilation.

• A boiler 60L that shows very high efficiency with minimal energy consumption. The bath temperature of the
  water is reached 40 minutes after refilling. The capacity of the boiler allows four people to take a shower,

Wardrobe
On the area od 20 sqm we managed to fit a large two-door wardrobe, in which an electrical switchboard was installed
behind an additional door. We have placed an additional dresser at the front door. The furniture and the bathroom
door has been designed and manufactured for this particular model (MTB T). Doors and drawers also have slow closing

Kitchenette
This study timeless mini kitchen has a drawer for pieces, shelves for porcelain, spices and pots, plus hooks for utensils
and space worktop in 3 ways to match the mini-kitchen to the fridge you will choose. Stainless steel sink and worktop –
hygienic, strong and durable material that is easy to keep clean. 10 hooks included. Perfect to hang on pars or on any
shelf above the sink. Comes with 1 sighted dish drainer.

Dining room and chairs
The small size of the table allows it to be placed even in a very small room. Table with drop-down table for 2-4 people.
You can adjust the length of the table as you need.

Windows, doors and blinds
Windows and doors made by renowned European producers of the Veka system. They are double-glazed and PCV.
Model MTB T has been equipped with internal blinds: the entrance doors, windows in the sliding bedroom and in the
window next to the bunk bed, divided into two sleeping places.

Floors
Modern and proven materials are also used on the floor. Vinyl PCV provides high comfort of use and ease of
maintenance.

External awning
Modern awning TRAMONO PREMIUM pull-out 150 cm,
supporting beam 35 mm, weight 21 kg, mechanical control,
two wall brackets, width 195 cm, two tension arms,
PREMIUM VERSION – half-cassette. The anthracite
structure, finishing elements and accessories make the
awning a modern and sophisticated character.

Elevation
Two types elevation materials: vinyl PCV – white color or metal panel Iron Click – color anthracite.
Both variants are suitable for use in harsh weather conditions

Foundation and arrangement of connections
The connections are described in the “electrical installation” and “hydraulic installation” sections. The drawing with the
location of the connections is provided at the time of purchase. The foundation required for this model is eight support
points, plus two support points for a sliding bedroom. The support may be ready-made concrete blocks placed on a
paved surfaces. An important element in the preparation of the “foundations” is their proper leveling. The MTB T
model requires only minimal work and cost to properly set up the house.
