For straightforward requirements, we can often turn around a preliminary figure within 24 hours. Complex or multi-building projects may require a brief clarification call before we issue the quote.
Yes. All quotations from KC Modular Buildings are completely free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed. We also offer free revisions to the specification until you are satisfied with the proposal.
The more detail you can provide, the more accurate your quotation will be. At a minimum, we need: intended use, approximate size or number of units, site location, and your target completion date. Uploading a sketch, site plan, or reference images is helpful but not essential at this stage.
Yes. We offer outright purchase, short-term and long-term hire, hire-to-buy, and asset finance options (typically 3–7 years via our finance partners). Please indicate your preferred procurement route in the form and we will include relevant options in your quotation.
Yes. KC Modular Buildings delivers and installs modular buildings across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Extended coverage is available for UK islands and selective mainland Europe projects by separate quotation.
Yes. We provide full compliance documentation including structural calculations, energy performance data (Part L), fire strategy (Part B), accessibility statements (Part M), and ventilation schedules (Part F). We can also advise on permitted development rights and assist with planning applications where required.
There is no minimum order. We supply single units, prototypes, and bespoke one-off buildings as well as large multi-building programmes. Every project receives the same level of technical attention and compliance documentation regardless of size.
Our standard terms are: 40% deposit on order confirmation, 55% prior to delivery, and 5% within 14 days of installation completion. Milestone-based payment schedules are available for larger projects. Finance and lease options are also available via our partners.
