What are the lead times?

Standard ISO frame units: 4-8 weeks. Bespoke modular buildings: 8-12 weeks. Lead times depend on specification, size, and current order book.

Do I need planning permission?

It depends on size, location, and use. Many modular buildings qualify as Permitted Development. We provide full planning support and can advise on your specific project.

Do modular buildings meet Building Regs?

Yes. All our buildings are designed to comply with current Building Regulations including Part L 2021 for energy efficiency. We handle the full approval process.
