The movie shows the 12x4m construction remained intact under 7-ton pressure. The proof for that is that you can open doors and windows in all rooms of the tested house.

The house construction was made according to building parameters, on high-quality construction wood with resistance class C24.
Material obtained from spruce which we import from Scandinavia is regarded as the best construction wood in the market. This is a base of so-called Canadian homes material. It is a popular way of building homes, particularly in Canada and the USA which step by step Concours the European market.
Insulation
ACOUSTIC INSULATION OF THE INTERIOR

Inner construction space is filled with Rockwool – the leader in the insulation market. Thanks to perfect Rockwool thermal insulation, it is possible to save on energy up to 90% used for heating and cooling a home.
Rockwool used by LARK isolates from the outside and inside noise, novelties echo, and vibrations. The interior of the home is effectively muted. Therefore our company decided to use Rockwool in partition walls as well. Through this, we increased the comfort of living in our homes.
With Rockwool insulation, you invest money for many years. Rockwool keeps its features for more than 55 years thanks to its unique structure which keeps the shape and resistance despite temperature and humidity changes.
The biggest advantage of Rockwool is fire resistance to 1000 degrees Celsius which makes this material nonflammable. Additionally, to improve insulation parameters we use temp insulation mats. That solution lets us offer our homes in extreme weather conditions, mountains for example.
Wall ventilation system

The main problem which accompanies mobile homes is the moisture over condensation inside because of temperature differences.
At design, we made every effort to cope with that issue. The developed ventilation system effectively eliminates moisture. Moreover, the walls and home construction are being circulated by air. It keeps the elements inside partitions of the floor, walls, and roof dry.
Window and door joinery
LARK homes do not yield to traditional buildings. We use five-chambered profiles and double-safe glazing as proof of that.
Our Homes are more than carefully thought-out construction solutions. Inside our homes, all the elements were analyzed for usability, functionality, and durability.
Floor
The floor is covered with the highest abrasion-class PVC carpeting. In this way, we eliminated the possibility of occurring any mechanical damage.
The PVC carpeting protects moisture migration to other floor layers.
Walls
WATERPROOF FINISHING OF THE INTERIOR
Longer service life, no moisture problem, no migration of water from inside the house to the structure, and easy to keep the walls clean.
The vital element of the LARK interior is both sides laminated P5 class wallboard. Most of all this is a material that is moist-resistant, hit-resistant, and scratch resistant. Not only from the inside of the building but inside wall construction as well.
Thanks to the anti-bacterial features of the material there is no possibility of growing fungus. Additionally, the material is easy to keep clean and fresh looking. Many of our partners prize that material for its features.
