Four-Classroom Modular Block for Expanding Primary School
A rapidly growing primary school needed four additional classrooms before the new academic year. Consequently, the school approached KC Modular Buildings after a traditional build contractor quoted an 18-month programme. We delivered a fully insulated, Part L A-Rated four-classroom block in just nine weeks, including all M&E, internal fit-out, and external landscaping connections.

SEN School
Bespoke SEN Modular Unit with Accessible Facilities
A special educational needs school required a dedicated therapy and teaching unit with full DDA accessibility, sensory-friendly finishes, and an accessible WC. Moreover, the unit needed to integrate seamlessly with the existing school building. We designed and delivered a bespoke two-module SEN unit in 11 weeks, including a wide-access entrance, acoustic internal partitions, and specialist flooring.

Secondary Academy
Two-Storey Modular Teaching Block for Secondary Academy
A secondary academy required eight additional teaching rooms across two storeys to accommodate a rising Year 7 intake. Therefore, the academy trust selected KC Modular Buildings following a competitive tender process. We delivered a fully compliant two-storey REI60 teaching block in 12 weeks, including a steel external staircase, DDA-compliant lift shaft provision, and full M&E installation throughout both floors.
