Delivery dates vary between 12-16 weeks from placement of order, depending on the level of customization required. Moreover, all our modular buildings are manufactured to order in our controlled factory environment.

Site Requirements:

Furthermore, you are responsible for site preparation including level base, utility connections, and clear access for delivery vehicles. Additionally, our team will provide detailed site preparation guidelines after order confirmation.

You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering online via our secure checkout process, or by placing an order over the telephone or via email. Moreover, confirmation of your order will be sent by email within 24 hours. Subsequently, we will send written confirmation of your order by mail if requested.

We may not be able to accept your order when:

• Goods are not available: Stock or manufacturing capacity constraints
• Pricing or description error: Typographical or system errors
• Payment authorization fails: Unable to process payment
• Delivery logistics: Impossible to deliver to specific location or additional fees apply
• Other reasons: At our discretion for legitimate business reasons

The Company shall notify The Customer should their order not be accepted and inform them of any changes and/or additional charges. Furthermore, should the customer accept any revision to their order, the order will be accepted and processed. However, if declined, The Company will cancel the customer’s order and refund any monies if they have been received.

All goods supplied are newly constructed for sale and as such are manufactured to match the specifications shown. Moreover, we stand behind the quality of our modular buildings with comprehensive warranties.

If Your Product Arrives Damaged:

1. Photograph immediately: Take photos of the product in situ on delivery
2. Report damage: Contact us immediately via our website contact form
3. Provide evidence: We may request photographic evidence of the damage
4. Do not modify: Do not attempt to fit or modify the product in any way
5. Retain packaging: Keep all original packaging materials

Subsequently, you can request a merchantable replacement or a full refund if appropriate. Furthermore, we will arrange collection of the damaged goods at no cost to you.

If on return the product is found to be sound, complete and as described for sale, any return charge will apply and will be deducted from the order monies held at cost. Moreover, reimbursement of rejected goods, less any charges defined above, will be made to the customer as soon as possible and certainly within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of return.

In line with The Distance Selling Regulations, ‘The Customer’ shall have a period of 14 working days after the date of delivery within which time they may cancel their order for a product. However, this excludes goods that have been made to The Customer’s own specification (bespoke/custom orders).

How to Cancel Your Order:

Cancellations should be sent by EMAIL to [email protected] or by registered post to our office address, quoting the order reference given when the order was placed.

Cancellation Conditions:

• Product must be returned as new and resellable
• Cannot be assembled or modified in any way
• Customer meets all product return costs
• Customer takes reasonable care of goods until return

Refund Deductions May Include:

• Failed delivery attempts due to customer fault
• Goods not returned in original condition
• Treatment applied by customer
• Weathering or damage caused by customer
• Collection/return transportation costs

Reimbursement of cancelled order monies, less any charges defined above, will be made to the customer as soon as possible and certainly within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of return.

Your order might be cancelled by us in the following circumstances:

Reasons for Company Cancellation:

• Pricing Error: Goods were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received from our supplier
• Delivery Refusal: We have offered at least 3 different delivery dates and these dates have been refused by the customer
• Payment Failure: Customer fails to pay for the goods as agreed

If we do cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and will refund you within 14 days. However, we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered beyond the refund of monies paid.
