Returns
Returns position
Because the majority of our products are manufactured to order, standard return rights may not apply in the same way as they would for off-the-shelf goods. However, we assess each situation fairly and on its own merits.
- Standard goods: where a standard, non-customised item has been supplied and is unused, undamaged and in its original condition, we may accept a return. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
- Bespoke or made-to-order goods: items manufactured to a customer's specification are generally non-returnable. This is because they are made specifically for your project and cannot be resold as standard stock.
- Damaged or faulty goods: if goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and advise on next steps.
In all cases, any return must be agreed in writing before goods are sent back. Goods returned without prior agreement may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on project stage, manufacturing progress, procurement commitments and other operational factors. If a project has already entered manufacturing or preparation phases, cancellation options may be limited.
Bespoke and made-to-order supply
Many modular buildings and related structures are produced specifically for a client project. Because these items are bespoke or made-to-order, traditional consumer return rights may not apply in the same way as standard retail purchases.
