  • Office/Residential Roof: Features a vapor barrier from polyethylene film and a 12mm laminated board in white, ensuring effective rainwater drainage via waterspouts. With a roof load capacity of 1.6 kN/m², this design offers robust protection.
  • Sanitary Roof: Comprises a layered structure with a 0.5mm galvanized steel sheet, 10mm chipboard, and 50mm mineral wool for superior insulation. The addition of a styrofoam panel (RAL 9010) enhances energy efficiency.

Wall Construction:

  • Office/Residential Walls: Built with a replaceable panel system, featuring a wooden framework, galvanized trapezoidal sheet (RAL 7035), and 100mm mineral wool insulation. The inner layer includes a 12mm white laminated board for a sleek finish.
  • Sanitary Walls: External panels with 75mm styrofoam and RAL 7035 trapezoidal design, coupled with internal 50mm styrofoam panels, ensure optimal insulation and durability.

Floor Design:

  • Layered flooring with a 2mm PCV gray lining and sealed joints provides a sturdy base. Office containers use PS chipboard (22mm), while sanitary containers feature 20mm cement bonded particleboard, all with 100mm mineral wool insulation for enhanced comfort.

Door Features:

  • Outer Doors: Steel single-doors in white, thermally insulated with secure locking mechanisms. PVC double-doors with insulated glazing offer additional security and energy efficiency.
