The Brief

Pure Padel required a purpose-built modular clubhouse at their new North Leeds facility within Moor Allerton Golf Club. The building needed to serve as the operational hub for their padel courts — combining a welcoming reception area, retail pro shop for equipment sales, and toilet facilities for players. Energy efficiency was a priority, with year-round climate control essential for the Yorkshire climate.

The Solution

KC Modular Buildings delivered a 6m × 5m (30m²) A-rated ISO-frame modular clubhouse with heat pump climate control. The building was 90% factory completed, minimising disruption to the golf club grounds. The layout was optimised for padel operations: reception with check-in counter, dedicated pro shop zone, and male/female WC facilities. Insulated sandwich panels and triple glazing ensure low running costs year-round.
