Do I need CAD drawings or detailed plans to get a quote? +
No. A phone photo or simple hand sketch is enough to get started. We'll work with you to refine the layout and spec during the design phase. Detailed drawings come later, after we've confirmed the brief and compliance assumptions.
What's the difference between temporary and permanent? +
Temporary: Placed on blocks or pads, can be relocated later. Usually under Permitted Development (no planning permission needed).
Permanent: Fixed to foundations. Requires planning permission and Building Control sign-off. Longer timescale, but more secure and compliant for long-term use.

How fast can you deliver? +
