Delivery timescales depend on the system. ISO frame units typically ship in 5–7 weeks, bespoke steel‑frame buildings in 10–16 weeks, and premium lodges in 14–20 weeks. Consequently, lead time begins after final production drawings are approved.
Can I hire instead of buying?
Yes. We offer flexible hire, hire‑to‑buy, and lease options on portable cabins, welfare units, offices, and classrooms. Furthermore, weekly hire rates start from £75. Asset finance is also available with 12–60 month terms.
Do you deliver across the whole UK?
We provide full delivery and installation across England, Wales, and mainland Scotland. In addition, UK islands and Northern Ireland are quoted per project. Selective mainland Europe delivery is available for large bespoke orders.
What certifications do your buildings hold?
All buildings are manufactured under ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 1090, and 3834 management systems. Additionally, we hold Constructionline Bronze, SSIP Acclaim, and Health & Safety certification. Lodges carry TÜV and NCC approval.
What is included in the price?
Prices include the structure, walls, roof, internal finishes, doors, windows, standard electrical, factory manufacture, delivery (standard access), and installation onto prepared foundations. However, groundworks, utility connections, and external works are excluded.
